If I have issues paying, what I do?

We accept a variety of payment methods. If this is not the issue, you should check that billing address and card address match and all codes entered are correct. And also make sure your card is not expired.... just sayin' ;)

When will my credit/debit card be charged?

Your credit/ debit card will be charged when your order is processed, usually within a day or two.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order from the confirmation e-mail you receive after placing your order. Alternatively, contact us and we'll make sure to find a solution at ask@judithleibermoreismore.com
