Where do you ship?

Judith Leiber Fragrances currently ships to the UK and the US. We hope to open in new countries soon, in the meantime tag us to share the love @JudithLeiberNY and let us know where you live!

How does delivery work? How long does it take and how much does it cost?

We made standard delivery free of charge in the UK and the US. You should usually allow us 2 to 4 working days to receive, process and deliver your Judith Leiber More is More! perfume order.

What's the status on my order?

Now that you've placed an order, you should have received a confirmation email with your order number.

How do I return or exchange my fragrance?

If anything goes wrong with your fragrance you have 2 weeks to return it for free (no return shipping or handling fees). You can either exchange it against a new one, or get a full refund. However, all must be made within the same country than the purchase.

Cancelling and returning goods if you change your mind

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to a “cooling-off” period within which you can cancel the Contract for any reason. This period begins once your Order is complete and We have sent you your Order Confirmation, i.e. when the Contract between you and Us is formed. You may also cancel for any reason before We send the Order Confirmation. In addition, We offer a further Goodwill Guarantee which extends the legal cooling-off period within which you may change your mind, cancel, and return the Goods as detailed below:

  • If the Goods are being delivered to you in a single instalment (whether single or multiple items), the legal cooling-off period ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you (or someone you nominate) receive(s) the Goods. Our Goodwill Guarantee extends this period to a total of 30 calendar days.
  • If the Goods are being delivered in separate instalments on separate days, the legal cooling-off period ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you (or someone you nominate) receive(s) the final instalment of Goods. Our Goodwill Guarantee extends this period to a total of 30 calendar days.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform Us of your decision within the cooling-off period [(as extended by Our Goodwill Guarantee)]. You may do so in any way you wish, however for your convenience we offer a cancellation form on Our Site returns page. Cancellation by email or by post is effective from the date on which you send Us your message. Please note that the cooling-off period lasts for whole calendar days. If, for example, you send Us an email or letter by 23:59:59 on the final day of the cooling-off period, your cancellation will be valid and accepted.
